• Within the European Union: Delivery usually takes 5-10 business days, depending on the shipping destination.
• International Shipping: Delivery times may vary based on the destination, generally between 7-15 business days.

Shipping Costs:

• Within Austria: Free shipping on all orders over 75 EUR. A flat rate of 7 EUR applies for orders below this amount.
• Within the European Union:Free shipping on all orders over 100 EUR. A flat rate of 12.90 EUR applies for orders below this amount.
• International Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the order and will be added during checkout.

Order Tracking:

Customs and Taxes:

• Within the European Union: There are no additional customs charges for orders within the EU.
