Return Policy

We value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality products. However, due to the intimate nature of our products, we adhere to the following return policy:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted for unused, unworn, and undamaged items in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., underwear, panties, bodysuits) are non-returnable unless they are defective.
  • Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt in compliance with EU consumer protection laws.

How to Request a Return:

  2. Clearly state the reason for the return and include your order number.
  3. Once the return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send the items back.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly shipped.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned items are inspected and confirmed to meet the eligibility criteria.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or an incorrect item was sent.

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygienic and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Underwear
  • Panties
  • Bodysuits
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”

Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund, and the return shipping costs will be covered.

Note:

Under EU law, consumers have the right to return most goods purchased online within 14 days for a refund, but this right can be restricted for hygiene reasons, particularly for intimate apparel. Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition for a successful return.
