Warranty policy

1. Legal Warranty Right:

In accordance with Austrian law, all products sold are covered by a legal warranty for a period of two years. If the product is defective or does not match the description, the customer is entitled to repair or replacement. If neither is possible or reasonable, the customer may request a refund or a price reduction.

  • Warranty Period: The legal warranty lasts for 24 months from the date of purchase.
  • Reporting Defects: Customers should report any defects as soon as possible after discovering them and before using the product.

2. Warranty Exclusions:

Due to the nature of women’s lingerie, there are additional exclusions:

  • Personal Use: The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use or washing.
  • Hygiene Reasons: For hygiene and health reasons, lingerie items that have been opened from their original packaging or worn cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty upon delivery.

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim:

  • If a defect is found in the lingerie upon receipt, the customer should contact customer service immediately.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition (unopened and unworn).
  • The customer must provide the original proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

4. Repair or Replacement:

  • Replacement: If the lingerie is found to have a manufacturing defect, it will be replaced with the same size and style.
  • Refund: If a replacement is not possible due to out-of-stock items or other reasons, a refund will be issued.
